The region surrounding the temple school is no doubt very peaceful, serene with spectacular views of the hills, but there is no viable economic activity other than agriculture which can be the source of livelihood for the inhabitants. Due to non-availability of water for irrigation, agriculture is fully dependent on rainfall and cannot be the constant and regular source of vital food for the sustenance. No medical facilities and public transport is available easily. As a result, people have been migrating to the cities for their livelihood and hundreds of villages in the Pauri district have become uninhabited. The life for people who stayed back is full of struggle and hardships and they are deprived of basic amenities. In this scenario, we can empower children by providing them with the tools of knowledge and education with aims of breaking the cycle of poverty and destitution, and can bring a ray of hope in the eyes of otherwise helpless parents.

OUR
MISSION

1. To undertake activities leading to the holistic and all-round educational, moral, cultural, social and economic development of children.
2. To spread, popularize and impart the knowledge of Sanskrit language according to the syllabus as prescribed by the central and state Governments from the very basic level to higher education.
3. To provide free education to the poor, needy and orphans to enable them to become self-dependent and self-reliant.
4. To establish the schools, libraries, lecture-halls, classrooms, charitable dispensaries, sports & arts centres as necessary and taking care of these establishments in the area which fall under the jurisdiction of the institute and all other works falling under article 1 and 20 of Society Registration Act 21-1860.
5. To raise funds to achieve all above targets by mobilizing generous donors, charity organizations, Banks, Municipal Committees and other organizations coming under developmental plans of the central and state governments to get donations, gifts, charity, sponsorships and financial assistance.
